Where it is
The city does not draw neighborhood boundaries. On this page the Pelham area means the residential addresses inside Greer’s city limits south of I-85 between South Highway 14 and Brockman McClimon Road. The city’s address file has about 1,640 residential addresses there, all in Spartanburg County and almost all in ZIP code 29651.
Most are single-family homes on streets off SC 14 and Horton Grove Road, such as Sparrowridge Lane, Pelham Glen Way, Chandler Crest Court, Marcie Rush Lane, Jango Circle, Crossbuck Trail and Hillpark Lane, with some apartments and townhomes. A few dozen homes on Enoree River Place and Creekway Court sit beside SC 14 at the southwest corner.
The city’s comprehensive plan update says Greer bought the former Pelham-Batesville fire station on South Highway 14 in 2022 to improve response times. It also names the districts south of I-85 as the part of the city where homes and manufacturing are growing closest together.

The edges follow I-85, South Highway 14, Brockman McClimon Road and the city limits. School zones come from 16 addresses checked in Find Your School and from every residential address point matched to District 5’s map. Store locations are © OpenStreetMap contributors.
