Greer’s burger places line West Wade Hampton Boulevard (U.S. 29) between Buncombe Road and Suber Road, where three of the eight on this list sit. Downtown has one, on Trade Street; the others are on Buncombe Road, Hudson Road, at Hammett Bridge Road and Highway 14, and farther down Highway 14 South.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with a Greer address, the same data that feeds our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-16. We added A&P Restaurant, Culver’s, Little Pigs Bar-B-Q, Sonic Drive-In, Trade Street Social and Wendy’s, each found on its own site at a Greer address and shown in the state’s SC Food Grades inspection database. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. A&P Restaurant, 1526 Highway 14 S. A family restaurant whose classic American menu includes burgers, hot dogs, fries, shakes and breakfast, all cooked to order, its site says. Call-in pickup orders and a drive-thru are available during open hours.

Culver’s, 1040 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. The ButterBurger and frozen custard chain, run in Greer by a local franchise owner. The posted hours cover the lobby, dine-in and drive-thru; curbside service runs 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Five Guys, 1488 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., Suite A, in Suber Commons. Burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes, with dine-in, takeout and delivery, according to its location page.

Little Pigs Bar-B-Q, 2428 Hudson Road, at Hudson Corners. A hickory-smoked barbecue restaurant whose site says it also serves hamburgers, cheeseburgers, corn dogs and chicken fingers, for dine-in or carryout.

McDonald’s, 103 Hammett Bridge Road. The chain’s restaurant at Hammett Bridge Road and Highway 14. Its drive-thru stays open later on some nights, its page shows.

Sonic Drive-In, 119 Buncombe Road. The drive-in chain’s Greer location, with a drive-thru, delivery and online ordering. Its page shows the closing time for the current day only.

Trade Street Social, 315 Trade St. A downtown spot with golf simulators and bar games whose menu has a burgers and sandwiches section alongside wings and plates.

Wendy’s, 1331 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. The burger chain’s Greer restaurant offers dine-in, drive-thru, carryout and delivery.
